ESS is seeking student tutors for Engineering Study Stop.

(LNK) Engineering Student Services is seeking qualified candidates – especially those with strong knowledge in math, physics and chemistry - to serve as peer tutors for the Spring 2019 term, working in the Engineering Study Stops.

If you, or someone you know, would be interested in joining the Engineering Student Services team as an Engineering Study Stop Learning Consultant (tutor), ESS is now accepting applications online. Tutors can expect to work between 3 and 6 hours per week at a rate of $10 per hour.

ESS is looking for students who have a strong knowledge of math, physics and/or chemistry and also those who are well-versed in engineering topics such as Statics, Dynamics, Elastic Bodies and Thermodynamics.

City Campus Study Stop hours for Spring 2019 will be Mondays-Thursdays, 7-10 p.m. in the Engineering Library’s Olsson Room (second floor, Nebraska Hall).
