Students, faculty and staff in the College of Engineering are encouraged to register to participate in the April 6 Big Event, an annual student-led community service project that allows more than 3,000 Husker volunteers to give back to Lincoln residents as part of the university’s 150th anniversary celebration.

The 2019 Big Event is scheduled for April 6 and registration is open through March 8 (Friday) online at the link below. You can register to participate individually or as part of a group.

All Big Event service hours will be logged as part of the Husker Civic Challenge, an initiative to record more than 1.5 million service hours in 2019 as part of the university’s 150th anniversary celebration.
