This conference is a celebration of undergraduate research, bringing together students and faculty from colleges and universities from across the upper Midwest. It is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their work, receive feedback from students and faculty from other institutions and learn about the kinds of research taking place in our programs around the region.
Dr. Michael Butterworth, the Director of the Center for Sports Communication & Media, the Governor Ann W. Richards Chair for the Texas Program in Sports and Media, and Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Texas at Austin will be giving the conference keynote address titled: “Trump, Covid and Justice: The Impact of Sports Communication in the Wake of 2020.”
