Hi all!
I hope you had a good break, and that you were able to do something enjoyable. Like a lot of people, I finished Stranger Things, and – also like a lot of people – I have opinions. I also went to a place called Action City in Wisconsin while visiting my mom and brother and y’all. It’s like an Urban Air and a Round One in one facility. Did I jump on the trampolines? I totally did, bro. Was it fun? AbsoLUTEly. Was I sore for days afterward in muscles I didn’t know I had because I am old? YES. Totally worth it, though. If you want a workout while laughing hysterically at your and your 6’4”, 250-pound brother’s ineptitude, I highly recommend it.
ON TO BUSINESS! This newsletter is a bit short this week because it’s the first one of the semester. I did want to highlight some important dates, however:
NO CLASS on Monday, January 19. UNL will be closed for MLK Jr Day.
The last day to change your spring schedule is Tuesday, January 20; this is also the last day to drop a class and get a full refund.
Summer registration begins March 2.
Fall priority registration begins March 23.
I hope you all have an excellent start to the semester next week!
Snailing it!
