Students will take core classes of Interpersonal Skills for Leadership, Foundations of Leadership Theory and Practice, Dynamics of Effective Leadership in Organizations. They also have the option to choose classes from options such as Leadership and Motivation, Supervisory Leadership, Facilitation and Project Planning, Leading People and Effective Communication, and more. This is a flexible program where students can adapt the minor to fit in with their major areas of academic study while complementing those skills with leadership and communication abilities.
