The UNL Pre-Dental Hygiene Club will host an “ATDH Tips & Tricks” meeting on Thursday, March 12th from 6:30–7:30 p.m. in Louise Pound Hall, Room 25. This event is designed to help students prepare for the Admission Test for Dental Hygiene (ATDH) and feel more confident about the application process.
The meeting will cover what the ATDH is, its content sections, scoring, when students should plan to take the exam, and effective study strategies. Attendees will also learn practical test-day tips and preparation timelines to help them build a clear and manageable study plan.
Current students from the University of Nebraska Medical Center Dental Hygiene program will also be in attendance. They will participate in a mini Q&A session, giving members the opportunity to ask questions about their ATDH experience, study approaches, the application process, and what to expect in dental hygiene school.
This meeting is open to any student interested in pursuing dental hygiene and looking for guidance on the next steps toward professional school. The Pre-Dental Hygiene Club encourages all prospective applicants to attend and take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
