Nebraska experienced a flood of record in March 2019. The massive flooding was a product not only of the extreme storm system, but the antecedent conditions that set the stage. Excessively wet conditions continued for portions of the state into the year, hampering some recovery efforts. This webinar will cover the events leading up to the March flood, the scale of damages, and a look at our future risk of flood events in a changing climate.
