GNBC Updates Regarding Business Practices

We are actively developing processes in which to facilitate the Nebraska REEC and Extension financial and human resource operational processes in a remote environment. Business offices will continue to receive and process items received via U.S. Mail although it may not be on a daily basis. We will be transitioning to a document approval/submission model that will use technologies, such as email and scans of approved documents (invoices, p-card vouchers, etc.), and be learning how to implement use of DocuSign for signature approval where acceptable. We will be following the guidelines provided to us by the University’s Business and Finance Offices. Look for more information in the week/weeks ahead.

Thanks for your patience as we all transition to a new working environment.

Attached is the ENREC Administrative Support and GNBC Staffing list which is categorized by the employee’s support responsibilities.
