Learning the history and processes of the Earth

Favorite Geology class or instructor so far? Why?

My favorite Geology class so far has been Igneous and Metamorphic Petrology because by looking through microscopes we can determine the conditions under which the rocks formed.

What do you wish you would have known when you started as a Geology Major that you know now?

I wish I knew the importance of a planner and time management. I know now that keeping a school/work/life balance is vital for success and mental health.

What do you hope to cross off your “bucket list” in the next few years?

One item I want to cross off my bucket list is to go out into the field for a weekend and apply what I have learned in the classroom.
