We are the Co-Chairs of the National Young Advisor Team, which we call YAT. The YATs in NAIFA are composed of those members who are either under 40 years old, or have been in the business 5 years or less.
We are the next generation of possible state chapter presidents and members of the National Board of Trustees. Our role is to ensure that NAIFA develops the programming and culture to attract and retain young advisors.
On behalf of the YATs, we're delighted to welcome you into our fold and help you on your educational journey as you consider a career in financial services. We understand that the financial services industry can be daunting. This program is designed to break it down for you and help you determine where you best fit. Students attending all sessions will receive a certificate and a recommendation from NAIFA. As an added bonus, participants will receive an account with EveryIncome. The program is totally free.
