
"Multiculturalism in Morocco: Globalization and Regionalization" is designed to combine the pleasure of authentic learning and cultural immersion. The fields of study for this program includes Ethnic Studies, Global Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Arabic, and Women's & Gender Studies.
During this 3-week academic journey to Morocco, students will:
- Experience Morocco's rich multicultural heritage from the 12th century's ancient Medinas and Souks to the Saharan dunes and the peaks of the High Atlas Mountains
- Develop a deep understanding of MENA region in terms of geography, politics, religion, language, and culture
- Gain a solid intercultural competency of the Contemporary Arab-Muslim societies

- 3 Credit Hours
- Language of Instruction: English
- Destination: Morocco (Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Ouarzazat, Merzouga, Fez, and Chefchaouen)
