Do you know what you want to do once you graduate and how to make it happen?
Creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP) will help you identify long-term career goals that fit with your unique skills and interests, allowing you to set short-term goals to keep you on track.
An IDP is a great tool to help facilitate productive conversations with your advisor so you can work together to build a program that will help develop your skills. We recommend all graduate students create an IDP, and this workshop will help walk you through the process.
