Active learning strategies include methods such as think-pair-shares and case studies which are meant to help engage students with the course content. Research has frequently shown that active learning strategies improve student learning and engagement in the class.
This workshop will focus on these strategies and help you develop some that you can use in the classroom as an TA or instructor.
This workshop will count toward CIRTL Associate Status.
