The new Student Code of Conduct was recently approved by the Board of Regents. The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards has created two forms for reporting academic integrity violations based on when an incident occurred. Use this form for an incident that occurred on or before August 13, 2020 and this form for an incident that occurred on or after August 14, 2020.
