Speed interviews are one of the latest trends in the job search process. This format gives employers the ability to briefly meet with multiple candidates in an organized and controlled way. Multiple interviewers are simultaneously conducting one-on-one interviews, each with a different candidate. After 5-15 minutes, the candidate then moves to the next interviewer. This process is used to screen candidates at the beginning of the hiring process.
Just like in a real speed interview, each participant in this workshop will be briefly interviewed by four different Graduate Studies staff members. Each interview will last 30 minutes and will include time for feedback and discussion.
