The libraries recommend using electronic materials (journal articles, book chapters, streaming video, etc.) whenever possible. We can also add open educational materials and other freely available resources.

All teaching instructors and staff can submit requests to create a Libraries Course Materials list

The libraries may help with locating, purchasing, and uploading materials to Canvas

All requests are processed in the order received. Course reserves continue to be provided electronically in respect to Fair Use rights and all current copyright holders and law.

To learn more about our new Libraries Course Materials tool in Canvas and how it can be used to connect students with resources, attend our short Libraries Course Materials Overview on Zoom May 2, 2023 4-4:30pm.

For additional information regarding Libraries Course Materials requests and help with Canvas, send emails to LibrariesReserves@unl.edu or visit the Libraries Reserves homepage.
