Sometimes TAs experience moments in the classroom when there are difficult or challenging discussions. This workshop will help prepare TAs to handle Heated, Offensive, or Tense (HOT) moments in the classroom. We will provide strategies to help deescalate these situations and help you successfully navigate them.
