University of Nebraska–Lincoln students in need of transportation to or from the Lincoln Airport and Omaha Eppley Airfield at the start and end of winter break can reserve a ride on a shuttle bus organized by ASUN Student Government.

For departures, two shuttles are scheduled for Dec. 20. Two more shuttles will run on Jan. 20 for returning students. Each shuttle can accommodate up to 64 students and their luggage.

For Dec. 20, there are two departure times at 6:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. for travel from UNL to the destinations. The bus will pick students up at East and City campus, then proceed to the Lincoln Airport and Omaha Eppley Airfield.

For Jan. 20, the routes will run in reverse order to return students to UNL. An afternoon shuttle departs Omaha Eppley Airfield at 2 p.m. making stops at Lincoln Airport, City Campus and East Campus. A second shuttle departs Eppley Airfield at 6 p.m. and follows the same route.

The cost is $15 for one-way travel and $20 for a roundtrip. Advanced reservations are required on a first-come, first-served basis through UNL Marketplace. The fee is non-refundable.

Reservations close at 11:59 p.m. on Dec 15.
