Below is a checklist for new incoming graduate students.
- Apply for your NCard (used for campus-wide student identification and access). You will be able to pick your NCard at the Graduate Student Welcome on Thursday, August 21. To make this possible, please complete and submit your NUID form by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, August 19.
- Claim your ID and set your password in TrueYou
- Activate and start using your email account.
- Sign into MyRED. MyRED is the student portal where you'll manage your enrollment, bills, contact information, and more. You will be able to sign into MyRED only after you have claimed your ID.
- Enroll in MyRED.
- Sign into Canvas.
- Connect with your department.
- Sign up for UNL Alert.
- Subscribe to the Graduate Report (Graduate Weekly Newsletter).
