
Every year, international students from more than 100 countries bring unique perspectives that enrich our campus community. As they adapt to the U.S. academic environment, these students often encounter notable challenges, making it essential for instructors and staff to understand how to best support their success in the classroom.
Since Spring 2023, the International Student and Scholar Office (ISSO) and the Center for Transformative Teaching (CTT) have partnered to offer collaborative sessions that bring together UNL faculty and staff who work with international students across campus. These workshops provide practical strategies for clearer teaching, equitable assessments, and stronger student support systems, helping instructors better support international students and strengthen success for all learners.
