IANR planning new talent management program

IANR is implementing a progressive, strengths-based talent management program called INSPIRE for staff employees. INSPIRE is committed to defining, recruiting, developing and retaining a talented and engaged workforce.

We are currently in the planning stages of the program. The first implementation priority is to have a subset of IANR employees participate in focus groups to help us better understand key workforce challenges and opportunities. The focus groups will include representatives from IANR administration, unit administration, managerial/professional and office/service staff, and supervisors of staff. This includes both on and off campus individuals. Through their participation, we will be better able to develop a program that meets the needs of IANR employees.

Informational sessions will be held this fall to share the focus group feedback and provide more information on the INSPIRE program. Dates will be announced in the IANR News. We hope you will be able to attend one of these sessions to learn more.
