¡HABLAMOS! Conversations on Teaching, Learning and Bilingualism is a new resource being created by ICMEE to continue to spread the word about our project as well as create an additional valuable tool for teachers interested in teaching, learning and bilingualism in the classroom. Our podcast is a multilingual conversation between ICMEE team members and other practitioners and researchers regarding their perspectives and experiences in relation to teaching, learning and bilingualism.

Our first two episodes will be released in November. The first episode is a conversation between Kara Viesca, the principal investigator (PI) of ICMEE and Araceli Lobato, a Research Assistant on ICMEE and the lead conversationalist on the ICMEE Podcast. The second episode will be released later in November and is another conversation between Kara Viesca and Araceli Lobato, however, this time, Kara Viesca is interviewing Araceli Lobato. Future episodes will include conversations with researchers like Ted Hamann, Amanda Morales, and Svenja Hammer. They will also feature conversations with practitioners and students and at times be available multilingually and/or in languages other than English.

If you have ideas or suggestions regarding our Podcast or would like to be part of a conversation on the Podcast, please contact Araceli Lobato(Araceli.ld@huskers.unl.edu).
