Earning a degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln is a major accomplishment, especially during a pandemic.

While 2020 grads were able to celebrate the conferral of their degree virtually in 2020, UNL is excited to invite all of the 2020 graduates back for a special in-person commencement ceremony the weekend of August 13-14 in Lincoln at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

To help plan for space and ceremonies for all, 2020 grads should express their interest in participating by June 4. The final ceremony details will be sent no later than the week of June 28 to those who are interested in participating.

Garth Brooks will be holding a concert in Memorial Stadium on August 14. If 2020 grads wish to purchase tickets to the concert, tickets go on sale at Ticketmaster on May 21.
