Student: Muhammad Ahmad from Pakistan
Field of Study: Masters in Civil Engineering with focus on Geotechnical and Materials Engineering.
Muhammad Ahmad is currently a research and teaching assistant. Muhammad says, "Attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln goes beyond merely obtaining a degree. It entails becoming a well-rounded engineer, a well-rounded socialist, and a well-rounded individual, as UNL offers ample opportunities to develop in these domains."
After getting a Masters from UNL, Muhammad plans on getting a PhD in Civil Engineering.
Other than studies, Muhammad is also involved on campus: "I am the founder and president of the Pakistani student association. I am a treasurer at the graduate student association of college civil engineering. I won 2nd place at the graduate student symposium for a poster presentation."
