The Global Connection Time Series is a culturally enriching experience designed to give international students a platform to present their country and culture in an open and relaxed setting. Student presenters will give their insights on a variety of topics and issues concerning their country’s culture, history, and politics, as well as promote awareness and discussion among those attending the presentation.
Global Connection Time events provide a space to highlight the diversity and wide range of cultures represented on campus, while also promoting cross-cultural engagement. These events offer an opportunity to share international experiences, highlight campus resources and programs, and enrich the classroom experience.
Join the UNL Vietnamese Student Association (VSA) on Thursday, March 7, from 4-5pm in Louise Pound Hall Atrium to explore and celebrate Vietnamese culture. VSA members will present an overview of the organization and upcoming events, share fun facts about Vietnam, and play lô tô, a traditional Vietnamese game. Light refreshments will be provided.
