Annually, the Food Science & Technology Department hosts a competition where teams of 2-4 create a dish under specifications to be judged by a panel of industry professionals. Winners receive prizes, product donations, and bragging rights! This year’s theme is upcycling. Join us to participate, spectate, and have fun.

Annually, the Food Science & Technology Department hosts a cooking competition, and we are looking for participants for this year! — March 21st, 2024, at the Food Innovation Center (1901 N. 21st St., Lincoln, NE 68588) on Innovation Campus.
