ESPN College GameDay coming to CoJMC TOMORROW

ESPN College GameDay contributors Gene Wojciechowski and Tom Rinaldi will speak with CoJMC students on Friday, Sept. 27, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in Room 15, Andersen Hall. The event is open to all CoJMC students.

Gene Wojciechowski is a reporter for various ESPN programs and platforms including College GameDay Built by The Home Depot, SportsCenter, SC Featured and more. He reports on college football, golf and other sports.

Previously, he was senior national columnist for ESPN.com and a senior writer for ESPN The Magazine, covering major events and writing news and feature-related columns. He joined ESPN in 1992 as a college football reporter and moved to ESPN, Inc. fulltime in November 1997 when he joined The Magazine.

A correspondent for ESPN since 2002, Tom Rinaldi contributes to a wide variety of programs and fills a number of roles at the network. He is a weekly contributor to College Gameday, and serves as a sideline reporter for some of college football’s biggest games, including the Rose Bowl and the national championship.

He is part of ESPN’s golf coverage at the Masters as an interviewer and essayist. And in tennis, he has done play-by-play at Wimbledon, the Australian Open and the US Open. His feature stories are a staple on SportsCenter, E:60, and SCFeatured.

Wojciechowski and Rinaldi will engage in an informal conversation with students, answering questions and discussing their careers and career advice.
