Study Abroad: Turkey
Documenting & Discovering the Archaeological Process
July 13, 2020 - Aug. 14, 2020

Students can spend four weeks of summer break 2020 in Turkey, where they will have a unique hands-on opportunity to interact with drone aerial imaging and immersive media at an archaeological site. Faculty member Kristian Anderson will be leading students in learning about story development and compelling shooting techniques, while also teaching the basic field knowledge of archeology in a Roman dig site. This three-credit opportunity counts as JOMC 491. Questions can be sent to Kristian Anderson (kanderson20@unl.edu).
