The application deadline for Bollywood and Beyond: An Exploration of Indian Media, Communications and Culture has been extended to Sunday, Feb. 2.

The study abroad experience is open to all undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Journalism and Mass Communications. Students can expect to visit Mumbai and Hyderabad to tour advertising and PR firms, media organizations, as well as learn from industry professionals and collegiate peers.
Program Highlights
• Understand cultural differences in the fact-based content creation, storytelling and media industries within the country of India
• Compare and contrast media ethics, censorship and expectations of Indian and American culture
• Interact with peers at the University of Hyderabad to gain insight and best practices on culture and the media industry
Tentative travel dates are July 17 - Aug.3, 2020 with an estimated cost of $6,500 to include airfare, in-country transportation, lodging, tuition, fees and some meals.
