We know this is a challenging time and there are many unanswered questions right now, so we, your advisors, want you to know that we are here and ready to help you.
We will advise you regarding your summer and fall schedules, as we have in the past, but we will be advising you only by email or phone going forward (until further notice). Our office hours for corresponding by email or phone will be:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
When you are ready to have an email or phone discussion about your schedule please first send your advisor an email any ideas you have for your summer and/or fall classes (any in your cart, any you want to take, etc.) and the number of credits you want to take that semester. That will help them determine the best course recommendations for you.
We ask for your patience during this time as we will be navigating a high amount of emails. We are definitely still here to help you, it just may take a bit longer than usual to respond.
Although we must be especially careful during this time, remember that this is a temporary situation and the best thing we can do is to take good care of ourselves and look out for one other.
And as always, don’t hesitate to email at any time during office hours with any questions or concerns you may have.
