Who we want: someone who wants to find out what it's like to work in a creative agency. Someone we would describe as a "go-getter" if we were 60 years old and wore suspenders, but you should come armed with a better word for yourself than "go-getter," because we are not 60 years old and don't wear suspenders (or at least won't admit it). Someone energetic and helpful and entertaining. You'll be expected to be great with people, and to help out with anything and everything, including answering phones, fetching coffee (that's why interns were invented, right?), and assisting in branding, website, or video projects (depending on your skillset). If you're a college student in a creative field, or just out of school, and trying to figure out what you're doing in this wild, wild, wild world, a REBEL internship is a great place to start.
