Videographer - Eagle Communications (North Platte/Alliance/Chadron, NE)

Eagle Communications is looking for a full-time Videographer to serve our communities within the Eagle Media Nebraska Coverage area.

Experience: • Prior video shooting experience • Ability to film video on set and on location• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written — with ability to meet with potential clients • Exceptional phone skills • Experience in successfully multi-tasking while meeting deadlines • Adaptability in working with a variety of levels of clients – from business owners to lower-level employees, all treated with respect • Ability to use strong listening skills to create solutions to help clients • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and video equipment including a high level of computer skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven networking skills • Proven self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Professional appearance and able to meet company dress code per handbook • Understanding of needed business skills to best represent company • Ability to complete project from start to finish including, meeting with sales team members, clients, scheduling meetings/shoots and communicating follow through • Successful background in negotiation and closing business • Excellent time management skills • Understanding of digital media including, social media, Google, OTT, geofencing and websites

Requirements: • Attend required meetings as necessary in the Nebraska footprint to meet with managers, team members and clients • Work between three markets in Nebraska including, North Platte, Alliance, Chadron and their coverage areas. • Must be willing to travel extensively and be able to stay overnight on a monthly or weekly basis • Must be willing to film video on set or on location • Ensure all equipment is present and working before getting to a shoot, must ensure all equipment is secured and handled appropriately • Must be able to communicate and plan the shoot with team members, creative and production department as well as clients of Eagle Radio • Ability to edit footage in post-production • Give direction so as to gather the appropriate footage • Ability to learn digital order inputting including and not limited to geofencing campaigns, OTT campaigns and other online digital campaigns as needed • Research industries and companies for better knowledge when dealing with clients • Self-driven with need to learn and ability to continue to grow knowledge • Strong communication skills a must
