· May 7, 2012 through mid-August 2012; possibility of extended appointment for 2012-2013
· 15-20 hours / week; $9 / hour
1) Responsibilities
a. Design posters, flyers, handouts, brochures, mailers, newsletters and PowerPoint templates with direction from CYFS Communications Unit
b. Communicate with print vendors, request estimates and place orders
c. Make basic edits to CYFS website
d. Submit announcements to college and university entities
2) Skills
a. Required
i. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
ii. Understanding of basic design principles
iii. Experience creating layouts for print materials
b. Preferred
i. Familiarity with Dreamweaver / HTML
ii. Familiarity with video editing software
iii. Experience shooting video and / or taking photos
