ACCOUNT MANAGER-AD AGENCY KC AREA
• Work with clients and internal teams to set realistic expectations, timelines, and budgets. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, public relations, business administration or equivalent. Two to five years advertising agency or equivalent marketing experience where excellent client/customer service has been critical to job function. Proficient marketing communications planning.
• Consumer Product Goods (CPG) background with traditional and non-traditional media, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Shopper Marketing and Merchandising experience a plus.
• Companion Animal Health experience preferred.

PROJECT MANAGER-AD AGENCY KC AREA
• Project planning and day-to-day management of internal and external resources to deliver client projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
• Communicate regular status reports and project updates to internal team.
• Develop and maintain detailed project estimates and budgets in conjunction with account team.
• Uses agency management software to forecast future workload.
• Actively contribute to the creation and optimization of an efficient and effective process.
• Three to five years advertising agency or equivalent marketing experience working with and managing digital and traditional projects in an agency environment.
• Digital agency experience strongly preferred.

LEAD PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The Lead Project Manager leads project planning and day-to-day resource management of digital, broadcast and print projects, ensuring quality and on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Supervise project management team and oversee agency resource management.
• Lead project planning and day-to-day management of internal and external resources to deliver client projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met on time and detailed project estimates and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, public relations, business administration or equivalent.
• Seven to ten years advertising agency or equivalent marketing experience working with and managing digital and traditional projects in an agency environment.
• Digital agency experience strongly preferred.

DIGITAL PRODUCER-AD AGENCY KC AREA
• Manages the development and production of interactive marketing and website projects via accurate project planning, change tracking, budget tracking, and regular production status reporting. Keeps projects on track, on time and on budget, overseeing internal and external resources. Manages web content using a variety of content management systems.
• Defines the scope of projects (technical approach, development process and steps, deliverables, schedule, and budget). Writes Statement of Work and Requirements docs; obtains bids from external development partners; evaluates partners for project fit.
• Clearly communicates project issues and resolution to internal teams and external freelancers and developers.
• Acts as liaison between creative and external development partners or freelancers.
• Researches innovative and pioneering creative and production methods and finds solutions to technical challenges.
• Responsible for hands-on user experience design and digital production work (prototyping, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, email broadcasts, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years digital production experience
• Advertising agency experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe CS, Axure, HTML, CSS
• Prior experience in digital production and website/app development
• Solid knowledge of the interactive medium and web development technologies

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER FOR AD AGENCY - KC AREA
• Leads development and implementation of social media strategy to meet marketing communications objectives, and to fully address the opportunities and risks presented by social media for our clients and the agency.
• Oversees and participates hands-on in day-to-day activities and presence in social networking sites and blogs. Prepares regular reports on insights gained from social media monitoring and execution to help evolve strategies in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates with agency teams and clients to respond to online comments and customer feedback, and engages in social conversations online and as appropriate.
• Determines benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs and analyzes, reviews and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Establishes social media policies and maintains social media guidelines for our clients and the agency and educates stakeholders as needed.
• Leads research and participates in creative brainstorming for social media in support of overarching marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or other related field
• 3-5 years relevant experience (agency experience preferred, public relations experience a plus)
• Demonstrated experience with social media tools and techniques (including social media monitoring tools as well as platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Foursquare, Vimeo, Reddit, Tumblr, Yelp, Flickr, etc., and blogging)
• Web technology and SEO experience helpful
• Internal and external communication experience
• Marketing experience (traditional, new media, guerilla and word of mouth)

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR-DIGITAL MARKETING FIRM.-Overseeing multiple account and account managers for firm. eCRM, Data analytics, Loyalty, Database marketing, email marketing, Integrated eccomerce, coupon, product management, Website management, strategic planning, are a few of the services you will be working on for clients.
• Experience should include campaign ideation, platform integrations, subscriber data flow, strategic advisement and client relationships.
• Experience with Email Service Providers required, ExactTarget preferred
Need to have management exp. This role is to support the head of the department. Must have strong eCRM, Loyalty, Database Marketing and management exp. Will need to have at least 7+ years of digital exp.
