PR Firm Internship
Small public relations firm representing engineers and the City of Omaha providing public involvement strategies regarding the Combined Sewer Overflow project is seeking a summer intern who is passionate about PR. We are looking to fill this position within our company to help with web and newsletter writing, social media, news releases and media advisories and assistance with public engagement meetings. We need someone who is responsible, energetic, proactive, and eager to learn about the industry. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and computer savvy. Photographic experience and membership is PRSSA is a plus.
This is a paid position ($10 an hour), approximately 30 hours per week (with the possibility of some evening meetings) located in Omaha.
