Nebraska's Teresa Scanlan, Miss America 2011, needs an intern who will work from a distance. Some of the duties include entering contacts into a database, building a contact list through Constant Contact, developing and sending out newsletters and email blast, working with social media, maintaining a website, tracking and logging media and news, handling general PR requests. Travel opportunities may arise that include taking photos and sending emails from the road. The internship is not paid.
