NaviSavi is a short-form video app for travel. From an interactive feed, users can explore destinations, plan itineraries, and book their next trip all in one place. All clips are verified, unedited, and submitted by real people to offer an authentic experience.
The Content Strategist Lead will lead and develop NaviSavi’s content strategies and develop compelling, valuable content that promotes our brand in an authentic way. You will work closely with different teams and a diverse set of channels to ensure that content is consistent through the utilization of short and long-term goals. Ultimately, you will run our content department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
> Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
> Oversee content marketing teams, including social media, PR and Copywriting, customer acquisition, video, graphics, and analytics
> Develop an editorial calendar; Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are being met consistently
> Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
> Collaborate with creative departments to produce high quality content
> Edit, proofread, and improve content, as needed
> Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
> Analyze web traffic metrics
> Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence
Qualifications:
> 2+ years in content management
> A junior, senior, or higher degree in Social Media, Journalism, Communications Marketing, and other related fields
> A strong ability to develop strategies and implement those strategies throughout the company
> Strong familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics
> Knowledge of digital and online technologies, best practices, trends, issues, editing and authoring tools
> Comfortable with a start-up environment and strong ability to lead and manage a team

> Must be available to commit 20-30 hours per week; subject to change per department lead
