The EcSELL Institute is a Lincoln based, four year old organization that works with national and global companies. We help our members, made up of executive sales leaders, drive greater performance from sales teams by helping the executives become better coaches, leaders and managers.
The EcSELL Institute is hiring a Director of Marketing Intern. This person will need to be dynamic, able to engage with our clients and have high critical thinking skills. This role will have a significant tactical and strategic responsibility to help this start-up company continue to grow. The DM Intern position will report directly to the President of the EcSELL Institute. The DM Intern will be included in all team meetings, be asked to participate in our national Summit and Academy programs, and will be expected to act and think like a full time EcSELL Institute team member.

Job Description
The primary role of the Director of Marketing position is to assist or lead in the creation of all plans, activities and strategies that improve awareness, leads and improved brand image which create greater company revenue. The position includes responsibility and accountability in the following areas:
Integrated Marketing Plan
A minimum of annually, design, facilitate and implement plan
Vendor Management (Inclusive of Pillar Partners)
Sales Coaching Summits and Academies
Marketing
Sponsor development and management
Attend and help with member services
Social and Professional Media Marketing and Maintenance
