Description of Work:
This position will have direct responsibility for the recruitment for the college online programs. Develop and implement recruitment and/or marketing plans in support of distance education programs. Develop communication campaigns and follow up on leads generated through these campaigns, providing information and support for prospective students. Gather data and develop reports on effectiveness of campaigns and on potential markets.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing or a related field plus two years of experience in student recruitment and/or marketing and promotion including project management, relationship building, and reporting related to promotion and recruiting campaigns. Experience must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, presentation, idea-generation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Talisma or another Client Relationship System and the ability to work within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. Knowledge of the higher education environment.

Posted Salary: $35,000 minimum annual salary
