Take yourself out to lunch for a unique treat available next Tuesday only. On April 2, join PRSSA to celebrate PB&J in LNK Day. Local restaurants around Lincoln will create unique dishes inspired by peanut butter and jelly for lunch and dinner. Proceeds from PB&J dishes will be donated to the Food Bank of Lincoln’s BackPack Program to help fight children’s food insecurity in southeast Nebraska.
