Investigative reporting fellowship available


The Daniel Pearl Investigative Journalism Initiative, sponsored by Moment magazine, offers $5,000 plus mentoring and editing for an investigative project by a young journalist about anti-Semitism or another deeply engrained prejudice. Last year’s winner is writing about race relations at a South African University; her story will appear in the May issue of Moment. She was coached by Glenn Frankel, dean of the school of journalism at the University of Texas at Austin and former South Africa correspondent for the Washington Post – one of our panelists.
