Roper sports writing competition
• Submit original tear sheets of two published sports-related stories from the 2013 calendar year to Scott Winter at 244 Andersen Hall by 5 p.m. Jan. 27, 2014.
• Add a cover sheet with your contact information and the dates of publication.
• Judges will select winners based on reporting and writing quality of both stories, as well as the enterprising nature of the story ideas themselves.
• Winners will be announced at JDays in April.
