We have an internship opportunity with the Tech EDGE group here on campus. Tech EDGE is a multi media effort to reach teachers locally and globally and help them integrate new technologies in their classroom. Tech EDGE includes a series of live mini- conferences, weekly video show in English, a bi-weekly show in Chinese and starting in spring 2014 a live Video show. In addition to events and video shows we have created an infrastructure of social media to extend the reach of our services. A new and exciting aspect is working globally, we have current relationship with China and Georgia (the country). We are looking for interns that can see themselves learning and contributing to an energetic environment different aspects of a new multimedia broadcasting and social media campaign management. We will welcome interns who are interested in one aspect (broadcasting or social media) or both. In broadcasting we need interns who are interested in production and/or on screen work. In marketing we need interns who are interested in helping manage a multi-platform social media campaign and an effective online presence using data based decision making. We have a dynamic team of contributors that includes: Dr. Guy Trainin Associate Professor of Education, Ji Guo and Laurie Friedrich Graduate students, Dan Hartig Videographer.
