What We're Looking For
Bailey Lauerman is dedicated to hiring great talent. We look for students with a passion for advertising, who are smart, have a strong work ethic, a collaborative spirit, leadership potential and outstanding communication skills.
We will select six students from around the country to join us for an experience unlike any other. You'll get to tackle a real body of work for a real client. You'll build a campaign recommendation from the ground up. You'll be mentored and coached by our professional staff. You'll learn a ton and have the time of your life doing it.
At the end of the experience, you'll make a presentation with your student teammates to the client and the agency – and you'll wish it could continue for another six weeks.
Candidates must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States (visas are not accepted).
Application Deadline
Summer Program: May 9, 2011
Our BL Experience internship review team will begin evaluating applicant materials at that time. Interviews with finalists and selection of the top six students will occur by May 13, 2011.
Program Dates
Summer Program: June 20 – July 29, 2011 (6 weeks)
Hours
The Summer Program is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation
Successful interns will receive a stipend of $1,200, paid in two (2) installments of $600 each, for the six weeks.
Eligibility
Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university are invited to apply. The Summer Program is open to sophomores, juniors, seniors and recent graduates.
