You know networking is a great idea for someone who wants to get an internship or a job. Now your college is offering you a great opportunity to do it.
Come to the newsroom, Andersen Hall, on Thursday, April 24, from 5-7 p.m. for J Days Connect where you can informally network with professionals from a range of careers in advertising, broadcasting, journalism and public relations. You will have the opportunity to learn from and speak with industry veterans who will share their experiences about trends, mass media communications and finding jobs in their industries. There is no cost to attend, and refreshments will be served.
