PAPPAS TELECASTING OF CENTRAL NEBRASKA is currently accepting applications for the position of full-time Video Editor/Guest Relations #15-220 in Kearney, Nebraska.
The primary duties of this position are editing video for our news broadcasts using Grass Valley Edius. Responsibilities include searching and maintaining video archives, downloading/uploading video to and from various sources, editing all video to match the appropriate scripts as well as creating various full screen text graphics as needed. Other duties include greeting and assisting our studio guests making sure that they always have a positive experience with us.

We need someone who is particularly good with people and someone who is always the first to jump in and lend a hand. A positive attitude is a must for this position! Other desirable qualities include strong storytelling skills and a strong technical aptitude.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 4am to 1pm.
