Kingery Construction Co. Needs a Marketing Intern
• Creating Ads – as needed
• Writing Press Releases –These should be written about important events taking place at Kingery. (as needed)
• Promotional Products - Responsible for keeping all promotional items in stock and up to date, researching products, pricing and ordering
• Greeting Cards – Design cards for Birthday’s, Christmas, Boss’ Day, Sympathy and Thank You cards
• Direct Mail - Created in the office and sent out to clients and prospective clients
• Proposals – Design is executed in the office and the information is collected from the guys in the office. This is one way that we obtain clients/jobs and the books are used to compete against other construction companies
• Event Planning – Birthday Parties, Summer Company Event, Going Away, Retirement, etc.
• Newsletters – In office circulation to keep everyone informed about the companies activities and accomplishments
• Photography – Go out on the job sites to take pictures of the different phases of construction.
• Signage – Could be as simple as an “EXIT” sign to a larger semi-permanent job site
• Website – Maintain
• Errands – purchase office supplies, delivery and pick up plans
• Clothing – design logos for T-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts; work with vendors for product pricing and buying
Most importantly, you must remember that working with a small business you help out where ever needed
