IT'S TIME!
Our trip to New York is getting closer. Spots are still available on the trip.
We have so many agencies for you to visit that we invite you to come to the Andersen Hall Main Office anytime between 8am-5pm from today til we fill all the slots, to sign up for the places you want to go.

Instructions for Agency Crawl Sign-up:
1. Pay your travel insurance to Deb in the CoJMC main office, 147 Andersen. It’s $0.25 per day.
2. Select the agencies you want to visit. Consider:
A) Time and location—can you make it from one agency to the next and be on time? Check the map before signing up.
B) Your interests. Agencies have different areas of focus, but they’ll all be interesting
Other tips for our trip together:
1. Carry a photo ID. You’ll need this to fly as well as getting through security at agency visits.
2. Check out the websites of the agencies you plan to visit ahead of time.
3. Carry the map and agency addresses with you to find your way walking or in a cab.
4. BE ON TIME for your agency visits. Our group must go through their security procedures together.
5. Consider bringing snacks in case you don’t have time to stop in a restaurant during agency visits. Hint: a granola bar that cost $1 here may cost four times that in Manhattan.
6. Please follow through with your commitment on which agencies you’ll visit. Our relationships with these agencies are important to us and to you.
7. Be appreciative. Say thanks to the agency hosts and follow up with a written thank you note. It’s a great way to plant your name in their memories.
