The German Marshall Fund is sponsoring a competition for journalism students (undergraduate and graduate), and I hope you will pass this on to any journalism students you teach or know who might be interested in this competition. We’re awarding $18,000 in total prize money to the top articles/essays and multimedia entries on the topic of freedom in Belarus. It can even figure into a class assignment if you so choose. Our goal is to get journalism students interested in international issues.
