Job Description
• Grow publisher revenue while maintaining and cultivating relationships with key accounts.
• Evaluate book of business to understand publisher’s goals or identify trends and opportunities for growth potential.
• Optimize ad zones accordingly with available campaigns in every top DSP and SSP provider in the digital ad eco-system.
• Cultivate knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, from programmatic and RTB campaigns to mobile, pre-roll video, skins, and Private Marketplaces.
• Provide a value-add to key publishers by educating them in the industry and helping them realize a holistic ad-revenue strategy.
• Meet or exceed quarterly growth goals for book of business.
• Recruit new publishers and develop new business opportunities and strategies with them.
• Assist and provide requested information for marketing efforts.
• Introduce new campaigns or ad products to new and existing publishers.
• Monitor and analyze performance trends in individual accounts and book of business.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in online advertising sales or account management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Internet savvy and strong proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Gmail, Salesforce CRM)
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities
• Highly articulate; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, multi¬-task, and prioritize effectively in a fast-¬paced environment
• Strong knowledge of ad serving technology, ad networks and the online advertising industry in general
• Prepared to be accountable and compensated for your own activities and results
• Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and SQL a plus
